Your path to HighQIT

Which documents would you like me to include in my application?

Along with a cover letter detailing your reasons for applying to us, please send us your resume, graduation diplomas, references from previous employers and if you have worked as a consultant, a project overview.

Should I send you the documents per mail or per email?

We prefer applications to be sent per email (to: karriere@highq-it.de), but you can also send us your application per mail.

What happens next?

Once we have received your documents, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. If the application is interesting, we will contact you and arrange either a telephone interview or directly invite you to come in for an interview.

Which qualities do you consider to be especially important?

We are looking for individuals, not human capital. The person must fit in at HighQIT – that is most important.

Very good performance during your studies and in previous career stages is also important to us as well as a confident and professional appearance and a high level of team orientation. We expect every employee to be technically and professionally interested. Depending on the position to be filled, the focus lies either on fundamental technical or banking-related knowledge, but being able to see the bigger picture is always required.

We also require that your English language skills are very good.

Do you also offer internship positions or is it possible to complete a practical semester?

If you already have a good level of academic achievement, we can offer you an internship (minimum of two months) or a practical semester. If you can impress us in this time then you will of course have a better chance of starting at HighQIT after you have completed your studies.
